Using stripe to process payments mean that we are able to cater for several countries and regions as long as you are in the United states, Canada, Europe or the United Kingdom you can both subscribe and win in our draws
DO I HAVE A CHOICE OF PRIZE?
Unfortunately due to the very nature of the way we distribute our prizes you cannot return, or request alternative options. We do however ensure that our gifts are not gender, age or region specific meaning that if you so wish you can sell any items you receive.
HOW DO I ORDER A BOX?
The majority of customers order their boxes using our on-line payment and subscription system.
How do i manage my account?
Although we don't have member only areas of the sites, you can cancel your plan
here, or notify us of change of address or payment details via
email or contact form (Address is always confirmed before the dispatch of a prize).
Do i need to sign for my prize?
If you are receiving a high value prize we may expect you to sign and confirm delivery however all postage details will be confirmed via email.
How do i know when and what i have won?
We notify our winners every Saturday (In the U.K) via email and ask for them to confirm if their address has changed during their subscription and as for what you have won, that's a surprise for the day!
HOW are winners selected?
Every winner is randomly selected by a computer to ensure that all entries have equal chances. This process is blind and not controlled by us.
